Yes. Even if the piers are being placed in an area covered in snow, we can install helical piers. If the ground is bare and frozen, a ground defroster is needed before installing the piers.

Yes. We recommend having the helical piers installed before the ground freezes, but we can also cover the area with some kind of insulation until they are installed. Once this is completed, we can install your new deck at any time.
